Let's get out!!!!

This time we are going to be getting out of the kitchen and, we are going to explore just a few of the best restaurants, and places to eat out in Glasgow. Eating out is a great way to meet up, and socialize with friends. From breakfast with your parents, to grabbing a coffee and sweet treat on the way to uni, to dinner and cocktails with the girls. We all love to treat ourselves every once and a while, whatever the occasion. Here are just a handful of my favourite breakfast, coffee, and lunch options, next post we will explore dinner restaurants!!

Breakfast/Brunch

One of my favourite spots for breakfast/brunch is “a must-visit café” located in Finneston called Kudos. I discovered this café while on a walk with my flatmate, and safe to say neither of us left disappointed. I have since been with a handful of friends and my grandparents, all greatly impressed each time. The staff are super lovely and welcoming, which is always a bonus!

Some of my order recommendations are the iced lattes!! Almond croissants (even better if they are still hot) and for a proper brunch the steak and eggs are super yummy!!!

Coffee and sweet treats

Next somewhere I would argue has some of the best sweet treats is Glasgow's Big Bear Bakery. With two stores currently in Glasgow Big Bear provides some delicious treats.

With both sweet and savory options, there really is something for everyone. I would have to highly recommend the brie and chilli jam croissant for a savory snack and the empire biscuit for a sweet treat.

My top tip is to make sure you get there early as it always sells out quickly!!!!

My next recommendation is lunch, and I can’t recommend Naked Soup more. Located on Great Western Road Naked Soup offers the most amazing and filling soups, the perfect lunch for a cold winter’s day.
