The Return Recipes!!

This week’s blog post is going to be all about recipes! It will feature 2 breakfast recipes and a yummy dinner.


Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so you must be starting your day off on the right foot. 


Banana Pancakes 

This 1st recipe is perfect for when you have a little extra time in the morning. All that’s needed is some super-ripe bananas, eggs, flour, and milk! Just mash the bananas, add in 2 eggs and 250ml of the milk of your choice, and mix. Then add in all the dry ingredients, 350g of self-raising, and once again mix creating your batter.  Then add the batter to a frying pan and let your pancakes cook away!!!

Add in the toppings of your choice, I personally love lemon juice and sugar!






Yogurt and granola 


Next can’t really be described as a recipe although it is still a super quick and easy breakfast option. All you’ll need is a yogurt of your choice, I personally always go for a Greek yogurt! Granola and some fruit, add it all together and you have a yummy, easy breakfast








Greek lamb burgers

This next recipe is a must-make. For Greek burgers, you need to:

1. Cook ½ red onion and garlic clove. 

2. Mix 600g of raw lamb mince with the onion, garlic, 1 slice of soaked bread, 1tsp tomato puree, spices (½ tsp oregano, ½ tsp ground cumin, ½ tsp paprika, 1 tsp chili flakes), and parsley. Season well!!!

Top Tip!!! – Fry off a wee nugget of the mixture to ensure that the seasoning is spot on!!

3. Shape the mixture into 4 big patties and cook until brown on both sides and cooked through 

4. Serve burgers on toasted buns with tzatziki, crumbled feta, tomatoes, lettuce, and a wee bit of siracha mayo.
