This week’s blog post is going to be all about recipes! It will feature 2 breakfast recipes and a yummy dinner. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so you must be starting your day off on the right foot. Banana Pancakes This 1st recipe is perfect for when you have a little extra time in the morning. All that’s needed is some super-ripe bananas, eggs, flour, and milk! Just mash the bananas, add in 2 eggs and 250ml of the milk of your choice, and mix. Then add in all the dry ingredients, 350g of self-raising, and once again mix creating your batter. Then add the batter to a frying pan and let your pancakes cook away!!! Add in the toppings of your choice, I personally love lemon juice and sugar!
